Message The certain conditions are what the sensors are telling the microprocessor. You want to leave this the same as the main map in a perfromance upgrade to keep the system consistent to provide the most power. A critical problem will resort to the micro's operation. And you right about the safety boost and limp mode. Under critical conditions the microprocessor takes over and they both come into effect. Sorry for implying they were the same thing. When the car is cold it is still reading from the eprom.
